This system has a lot of features, CRM, Call Tracking, Referrals, Reporting dashboards and more.
CRM. Allows you to track customer opportunities with this web based system. Great for lenders or anyone that deals with customers on a daily basis and lets you track the progress up to closing. It also has a great pipeline tracking system. This system will let you see who your top producers are and who needs work.
Referrals .Allows each employee to put in a referral request from a customer. This referral is tracked and emailed immediately to the employee to work.
Call Tracking. Used to track customer calls in real time. This is a must have addition to any core system. Lets your employees lookup customers then track what they are looking for. Tracks call reason and resolution and allows you to mark the call as needed follow-up. Lets you select the reason for the call (complaint, fraud, balance inquiry, issue, etc).

I'm a C-Level Banker with Software Development experience. I've been in banking for 30 plus years. I have experience in all areas of banking from deposit and loan operations to retail banking, marketing, HR and even bank construction projects. I've done a lot of development, completed many conversions and bank acquistions. I've even built an Internet banking package for a core vendor.
Tired of doing work arounds. My systems are designed to make your life easier and more efficient.My systems are designed using the latest versions of Microsoft Visual Studio C# and ASP.net. Most are web based and will require IIS to run on your intranet. Systems are designed to run in a SQL database. Depending on the size of data you can more than likely use SQL Express holding down your costs.
All systems come with an unlimited license and since they are web based require no end user installation besides setting up in IIS. Another great feature is that all systems use active directory to verify and secure. The end user does not have to enter a separate login and password.
